NUCE – a tool to analyse dealers' business performance. NUCE (pronounced nu-kay) is a forensic tool to analyse a dealer's business performance.

The first phase covers Parts but we are developing a complete aftersales package. Inputs come from dealer-provided data. The scope ranges from typical management account profit and loss figures through to:

  • stock profiling
  • staff profiling
  • purchasing performance
  • trade sales analysis.

The output summary uses a traffic light scoring system to compare performance to benchmarks and, where appropriate, VM composites.

NUCE will identify strenghths and weaknesses. Based on this, we can show dealers how to build a much more successful aftersales operation.
